Termination of Employment

We provide advice and support to employees whose job may be at risk (or who may already have been dismissed) due to:-

– Alleged Misconduct (and other disciplinary issues)

We will explain your legal rights and the procedures which your employer must follow before dismissing you or taking any action against you.

We also advise on the practical implications of dismissal. It is often possible to negotiate an exit which leaves you in a better position from a financial, career and reputational point of view than would otherwise be the case and this can be explored in appropriate circumstances.

However, sometimes an employee’s only recourse will be to bring a claim against their former employer in which case we can pursue a claim on your behalf.
