Paul Lane has over 25 years experience specialising in Employment Law and was a Partner at a well-known London firm for a number of years before setting up Lane Graham Solicitors in 2007.

He advises both employers and employees on all aspects of the employment relationship from beginning to end.

Paul specialises in advising on employee departures and the successful negotiation and conclusion of Settlement Agreements.
